Ottow Burke & Associates is focused on providing buildings that stand the test of time both physically and financially by applying extensive industry experience with in-depth analysis and leading edge design solutions.

The company is owned jointly by the Ottow and Burke Family Trusts, and the principals and employees in the business are as follows:

DIRECTOR - Hans Ottow
BSC - with experience in Management at Fletcher Challenge and Ceramco Ltd to General Management level. Self employed for 15 years in the property sector, undertaking these sorts of projects.

DIRECTOR - Leon Burke
Responsible for Project Management. Previously a 50% partner in R. Savory Ltd Construction Company, with 20 years experience in this industry managing multi-million dollar projects.

ASSOCIATE - Brent Griffin
Design and planning manager. 12yrs experience within Architecture and Construction industries in NZ & UK. Responsible for the running of the design office.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION - Jenny Farndale
Responsible for project administration. Has considerable experience in accounting.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & BODY CORPORATE - Aaron Tomlin
BBS (Real Estate) AREINZ; with 6 years experience in the Property Management industry for one of New Zealands largest real estate companies. Responsible for running the Property Management office and our Body Corporates.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Amanda Duke
Amanda started in Real Estate in 1993 and has extensive experience in Property management. Amanda manages our West Auckland Portfolio.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Cathy Song
Cathy handles all of our accounts and administration. Cathy comes from the north east of China and has a strong administration background.

Designer/ Architectural Technician - Jo Hatfield
BDes(Interior)-responsible for design development, interior design and architectural documentation.

Architectural Technician - Paul Tsang
BArch - responsible for assisting in design work and production of architectural documentation.

Architectural Technician - Joseph Chalmers
Dip Arch Technology - responsible for assisting in design work and production of architectural documentation.
