Ottow Burke and Associates have been active in the Property Management field for nearly a decade. In 2005 we formed Ottow Burke and Associates Realty Ltd, which is a Member of the Real Estate Institute of NZ. Membership of the REINZ allows us access to the latest statistics, member specials and consumer protection in the form of dispute resolution and fidelity fund.

The day to day supervision of the department, plus hands on Property Management and Body Corporate Management is handled by Aaron Tomlin, assisted by Amanda Duke who handles our West Auckland management portfolio and Rose Tomlin handles daily administration and accounts.

Aaron has graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Real Estate and has been admitted as an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ). Aaron's background in Real Estate goes back to 1999 when he started in Real Estate Sales, followed by administration and accounts of a rental portfolio and then stepping into Property Management.

Amanda has been involved in Real Estate since 1993, much of that time in Property Management. Amanda holds a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and has a good background in administration and accounts.

Rose has many years experience in Real Estate Administration and has a very focused eye for detail. Rose’s role is to handle most of our accounts and administration within the office.
